The breakdown of the estimate shows how much the work will cost.
Each cost, such as “material cost,” “construction cost,” and “miscellaneous expenses,” is detailed.
You can see where and how much of what materials will be used, and how much they will cost.
It may be a good idea to check whether the number of materials (equipment/building materials), unit price, area, etc. match the renovation details, and if you have drawings, keep them handy and check them while looking at them.
